Indulge in a delicious facial massage as the skin is thoroughly cleansed and toned prior to the Vivier Peel being applied. As the peel works, expect to experience a warm tingling sensation for approximately 5-8 minutes as you enjoy an arm and hand massage. Finally, re-hydrating products are applied, followed by an application of SPF to protect the freshly exfoliated skin. Available in two strengths and administered safely by an in clinic trained professional, our range of treatments provide advanced resurfacing and a deep cleanse through the controlled exfoliation of dead, damaged skin cells. Product penetration is enhanced, cellular turnover is increased, and the skin is smoother, more luminous and healthy-looking. IMPORTANT FOR VIVIER PEEL TREATMENTS: This treatment is NOT performed on pregnant or breast feeding women, clients currently on Accutane, clients who have received chemotherapy or radiation. Facial waxing, laser hair removal and epilation is not permitted 48 hours prior to treatment. Vivier Professional Peels have little to no downtime depending on the strength of peel chosen and condition of your skin. You may see some redness or light peeling approximately 48 hours after the treatment and this may last up to 5 days. The amount of sloughing experienced will vary depending on the condition of your skin and the home care products used. It is not an indication of the effectiveness of the treatment.
